MORCO. is short for Morgan Rogers & Company, but it’s more than just a name. It’s me, my story, and my vision for where I’m going.

I grew up here in the Cowichan Valley and no matter where life has taken me, this has always been home. Before real estate, I spent years working in customer service, bartending, serving, and managing restaurants all over the island. I’ve always loved connecting with people, hearing their stories, and being part of their lives. Eventually, I found myself back in the Valley, married to the man of my dreams, Braidan. He’s originally from Nitinaht and runs his own business here in the valley, Malinski Painting. Together, we’ve built a life here and created businesses that are both tied to homes and community. If it was up to him, we’d probably have four kids by now, but for now we’re happy building something meaningful together. Kids will come soon I'm sure.

I started my real estate journey in June of 2022 and I haven’t looked back. I found my passion, my people, and my purpose. Real estate gave me something I could build for myself, something that feels fully mine, and that’s where MORCO. comes in.

MORCO. is the brand I created to represent what I do, how I do it, and where I’m headed. Today, it’s me and my assistant working hard behind the scenes to deliver creative marketing, seamless experiences, and real connections with my clients. Tomorrow, it’s a name that can grow into a team, a community, and maybe even something bigger than real estate.

I love working with people, but I also believe it’s important that we’re the right fit for each other. I always say, let’s meet first, because I want my clients to feel comfortable, supported, and confident through the entire process. I want to work with people who value honest communication, trust, and a little fun along the way.

At the heart of it, MORCO is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people make big moves with confidence, creating an experience that feels human, and building something I’m proud of right here in the Valley I love.
