Hi, I’m Morgan.

Island girl. Straight-shooter. Social-media-loving realtor who cares deeply about people finding a life they love here.

I was born and raised in the Cowichan Valley. The lakes, the ocean, the tucked-away swim spots, the smell of cedar after rain… it’s in my bones. I don’t just sell houses here. I help people belong here.

When I got my licence in 2022, I promised myself I wouldn’t build my business the way it had always been done. I didn’t want scripts or rigidity or pretending to be someone I wasn’t. I wanted to build a business rooted in who I am. Bubbly, bold, heart-forward, honest, willing to take risks, and deeply committed to helping people feel grounded and supported through one of the biggest transitions of their lives.

One of my earliest decisions set the tone: I hosted a two-day open house, six hours each day. People joked. Other agents told me I’d be sitting alone. Someone literally said, “Please don’t start a trend.” They looked at me like I was out of my mind. And then over fifty people came through that weekend, and some of them became clients who I later helped buy homes. That moment changed something in me.  It confirmed that trusting your intuition and doing things differently matters. I wasn’t here to fit in. I was here to find my way and build something real.

I joined a team at RE/MAX after that, working alongside friends and learning a ton about systems, support, and how to run a real business. I’m grateful for everything that chapter gave me, but I also knew when it was time to grow past it. I stepped out on my own and had my best year yet: over $15M in sales and 27 deals, just me, showing up fully for people, building relationships, marketing creatively, and doing it my way. No shortcuts,  just strategy, heart, grit, and consistency.

In 2025, I felt called toward something bigger again,  community, expansion, collaboration. I was interviewing brokerages when I saw Ray Little post a photo with his team outside a commercial space with the caption “little things coming.” I called immediately. We talked about life and possibility, and when I realized they had joined eXp, something clicked. I didn’t know anything about the model at the time, but I knew the feeling: this was the future. And the truth is, I’ve always taken the path less traveled when it aligns with my vision.

Behind the business, I’m also just a human building a life I love. I’m married to my best friend, Braidan, my calm, my laughter, the person who makes every chapter better. Our love story has been one of growth, transition, healing, and choosing each other over and over again. We have our little dog Gemma who thinks she runs the house, and if we’re not working, we’re probably on a cozy movie night with snacks, or on a spontaneous drive along the coast just because freedom matters to us. I love hot yoga, sunshine mornings, honest conversations, beautiful spaces, and helping people feel at home. Not just in a house, but in their lives.

Real estate to me is not transactions,  it’s trust. It’s sitting with someone in their overwhelm and guiding them through it. It’s negotiating fiercely on behalf of someone who finally found “the one.” It’s popping champagne in kitchens and holding space when the move represents something bigger than a change of address. I care deeply about my clients truly!

If you want someone who answers the phone, tells you the truth, protects your best interests, and sees the bigger picture, you’re in the right place. I help people move here, grow here, and build a life they love here. And if you value honesty, warmth, creativity, and someone who’s not afraid to do things differently, I’d love to help you write your next chapter on the island too.
